Youngstown, Ohio — The FBI Violent Crimes Task Force (VCTF) and the Youngstown Police Department (YPD) are continuing an investigation related to the November 15th homicide and felonious assault in Youngstown, Ohio. The YPD Homicide unit is the lead agency in the investigation with the FBI Task Force assisting in the fugitive investigation of LAVELLE STANLEY, who is wanted in connection to the incident. The FBI is now offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of STANLEY. 

STANLEY is being sought by the Youngstown, Ohio Police Department and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force for an Arrest Warrant issued in Mahoning County, Ohio, charging aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault with firearm specifications and being a felon in illegal possession of a firearm. The warrant was issued related to a homicide in Youngstown on November 15, 2013. STANLEY should be considered  Armed & Extremely Dangerous.
