On February 25, 2016, at approximately 3:37 a.m., an unknown male suspect placed a ladder against the same house and attempted to pull a 10-year-old girl through her bedroom window. The attempt was unsuccessful. The unknown suspect wore all black, with a black mask over the bottom of his face. The home security system again showed that various windows, including the victim’s window, were opened and shut between 3:16 a.m. and 3:37 a.m. that day.

On May 21, 2016, at approximately 4:30 a.m., a six-year-old girl was abducted from her home in Cleveland, Ohio, by a White male wearing all black with a black mask covering his face. She was driven to an unknown location and held for 17 hours. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on the same day, she was dropped off, alive, a few miles from her home.

Both cases have been linked through forensic evidence.

The unknown suspect is believed to be driving a 1997 to 2003 Chevy Malibu with a driver’s side quarter panel that is a different color than the rest of the car.
